Coaching services can be accessed virtually worldwide, regularly in-person in Colorado and throughout United States upon request.
We work together to find best practices to move you through roadblocks and integrate the mind, body, heart and spirit to help you experience your most fulfilled life. Tara has been coaching for many years and has had excellent results with those suffering with substance abuse. Coaching sessions are available in person throughout the United States and online anywhere in the world utilizing a virtual platform.

Neurofeedback – Neurofeedback is a kind of biofeedback, which teaches self-control of brain functions to subjects by measuring brain waves and providing a feedback signal. Tara is a licensed provider of this service and has had much success in utilizing the tool for trauma recovery and treatment of neurological issues such as epilepsy, brain fog and memory issues
Reiki – Reiki is meant to resolve emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results in relaxation and reduced pain and tension throughout the body. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, which can decrease pain perception as well. Tara is a licensed Reiki practitioner and master teacher of the healing method.
