I have worked in the area of trauma,(though that wasn’t the word for it yet) my entire life. My experience spans from 30 years in Substance Abuse mentoring, to a career in Law Enforcement including School Resource Officer, over a decade as a holistic Personal Trainer on 2 continents to Directing the kids and family program in my spiritual community. There isn’t much I haven’t seen and less that can’t help you walk through to a more fulfilling life with improved connection to self, others and something greater (whatever that might be for you)
